Program Structure
- Duration: 4-6 months, full-time
- Location: Hawaii or California (on-site or hybrid)
- Status: Non-paid, DoD-compliant internship (you remain on active duty with full pay/benefits)

- Recruiter – Learn the art and science of finding top talent
- Account Executive (AE) – Dive into business development and client partnerships
- Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) – Master sourcing, screening, and hiring strategy
- Office Administrator – Build professional operations, communication, and tech skills
