He originally joined AlohaHP as a laborer in the field and has since risen through the ranks, earning promotions to recruiter, then lead recruiter, and now director. His journey reflects what AlohaHP is all about, grit, vision, and building success from the ground up.

Anthony is also an AI systems engineer with a passion for designing smart, practical solutions that others may not have imagined. Known for connecting with people in unique and authentic ways, he avoids traditional recruiting routes and instead builds real relationships that lead to real results. His goal is simple but powerful, help everyone around him succeed.

Loraine Mara

Senior Account Executive

Loraine Mara is the ultimate AlohaHP professional. Having worked in nearly every role within the company, she brings unmatched expertise and a 360-degree understanding of how the business runs. Now as an Account Executive, she is thriving in her new role and responsible for some of AlohaHP’s biggest clients to date. In her very first week, she landed new accounts and immediately started making an impact.

Loraine also serves as AlohaHP’s Aloha Ambassador, representing the company at conferences, schools, and workforce development events. She shares her powerful personal story of resilience and growth to inspire others and show what is possible with hard work and heart. Known for her infectious positivity and “can-do” spirit, Loraine brings enthusiasm to every room she enters and helps make AlohaHP a place where people genuinely love to work.

Ian Boyle is the mastermind behind AlohaHP’s staffing operations. With a strategic eye for the big picture and a sharp understanding of financial planning, Ian ensures every placement is both operationally sound and aligned with our clients’ evolving needs. His commitment to excellence drives the performance and reliability of our temporary workforce, ensuring they’re always prepared, available, and ready to deliver.

As a Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator, Koen is dedicated to making the hiring process smooth, efficient, and human-centered. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, he’s constantly learning and growing to bring fresh ideas and energy to the team.

Jerome Cobaugh

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jerome Cobaugh recently moved to Hawaii from Pennsylvania and brings with him a strong background in kitchen leadership and high-intensity work environments. He is known for his exceptional work ethic and an uncanny ability to read people, which has already become a major asset to the AlohaHP team.

In just his first week, Jerome helped the TAS team break internal records and made an immediate impact that felt like the work of a long-standing team member. His discipline, intuition, and drive to deliver results have positioned him as one of our most promising new hires. We are excited to watch Jerome continue to grow and contribute at a high level as he settles into this next chapter of his career.

As our Office Conductor, she ensures that every administrative operation runs with precision, clarity, and heart, creating the structure our team needs to focus on what matters most: placing exceptional humans with exceptional companies.

Kathleen L. Hurtubise, known to many simply as Kat, is a visionary entrepreneur and the heart behind AlohaHP. With more than 20 years of experience, Kat has built AlohaHP from humble beginnings into a pioneering staffing agency serving the hospitality, administrative, and light industrial sectors. Today, under her leadership, the company is in an exciting season of growth, with recent expansion into California and more to come.

A born entrepreneur, what sets her apart is her rare ability to see in people what they don’t yet see in themselves. She has a gift for finding talent in overlooked places and a steadfast belief in giving people a hand, not a handout, empowering individuals to build lasting, self-driven success.

Kat leads with compassion, authenticity, and a deeply holistic philosophy. She doesn’t judge, she gives generously, and she brings a genuine desire to help people rise.
